Researchers in Schools is a programme run by The Brilliant Club, a multi-award winning charity focused on ensuring pupils leave school with the knowledge, skills and ambition to secure places at highly-selective universities.

We advertise specific internal roles as and when they are available. However, our recruitment policy is that we are always open to enquiries and applications. We believe that having a great team and working culture is the most important ingredient, and we are always looking to add to that with great people. As an innovative and growing charity, we often have new roles and opportunities in the making, from the most junior to very senior.
