Researchers in Schools works in partnership with ITT providers and schools across England to recruit PhD graduates, allocate them to their Schools Direct Salaried programme and then place them in schools that employ them for the duration of the programme.
Throughout the programme, RIS delivers a bespoke programme of CPD training to support participants to maximise their impact as champions for university access and research within their school.
